For the Love of Food & Italy 2026

Help our Cyclones explore Italian cuisine at home and abroad! This program gives students the opportunity to explore food systems in Italy and work with Italian chefs. Students will immerse themselves in the culture and cuisine of Italy to develop a global network in preparation for careers in the food industry. Make a gift to the Degner Culinary Food Science Enrichment Fund as part of the For the Love of Food & Italy Challenge and enter a drawing to win a hands-on pasta making course with the Culinary Food Science Faculty Chef Karla Boetel & Erica Beirman. The winner will be notified via email by May 1.
